You can permanently delete your Grabbers Delivery account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it from inside the app, how to request deletion by email, and exactly what data is removed and what we are legally required to keep.

A Delete from the app

The fastest way is directly in the Grabbers Delivery app:

  1. Open the Grabbers Delivery app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Settings, then scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security.
  5. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion and you are signed out.

B Request deletion by email

Don't have the app installed, or can't sign in? Email us from the address (or with the phone number) linked to your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

  • Send a message to support@grabbersdelivery.com
  • Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include the name, phone number, or email associated with your account so we can verify it

Email a deletion request

We verify ownership and complete email requests within 30 days. In-app deletions take effect immediately.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Saved delivery addresses and location data
  • Profile details and preferences
  • Cart, favorites, and saved payment preferences
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What we keep, and for how long

Some records must be retained to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Where retained, these are kept in a restricted form and are not used to contact you.

These records are anonymized or pseudonymized wherever possible so they can no longer be linked back to you as an individual.

⚠️

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and any active offers or credits. To use Grabbers Delivery again afterward, you'll need to create a new account.
